We believe you’ll love your Avaris E-Bike, however if for whatever reason you are not happy with the bike after receiving, or taking it for a ride, you can return it within 14 days for a refund.
We know that not everything is for everyone though. In the unlikely event you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14 day money back guarantee. In the rare event of a fault with the bike, get in touch at info@esupreme.co.uk and let us know so we can help to sort it out for you. If, however, the bike just isn’t right for you, then feel free to send it back to us for a full refund.
How do I return an item?
Please make sure to take good care when opening the packaging of your bike, in order not to damage the bike, plus also be careful during your test ride. Unwanted items can be returned up to 14 days following delivery, we will be unable to issue full refunds for damaged bikes and we ask to keep the original packaging for sending the bikes back. All bikes are quality assured checked before despatching to our customers. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full information about our returns policy. It is recommended that all returns are sent back tracked and insured to ensure their safe returns. There are many carrier and delivery networks that offer this service.
What do I do if my item is faulty or damaged?
We are sorry to hear that you have a faulty product, we often find that speaking to the eSupreme Ltd customer service team is the best option. Please email info@esupreme.co.uk.
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.
But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you – whichever is later).
After the initial 30 days, you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.
eSupreme Ltd uses the manufactures warranty conditions. When purchasing from eSupreme you are agreeing to the warranty conditions stated by Avaris for your product. For more details, these can be found at https://avarisebikes.com/returns-refunds/
Please contact eSupreme if you have any issues with your bike that requires the warranty service, and we will organise replacement parts for you to be shipped from Avaris.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?
Your return will be processed and refunded within 5 working days from receipt into the returns department and if it complies with our terms and conditions. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Warranty
FRAME & FORK = 3 YEARS
BAFANG MOTOR = 2 YEARS
SAMSUNG BATTERY = 1 YEAR
CONTROLLER, CHARGER, DISPLAY & SENSOR = 1 YEAR
ALL SHIMANO PARTS = 1 YEAR
This warranty does not apply in any case to damage or defects derived from negligent use of the bicycle, the mounting of other non-original accessories not supplied, or mounted by the factory, or any inappropriate manipulation, or maintenance operations by the user or by any third party on their behalf.
Damage from causes other than defects in material. For instance, if damage is caused by crashing your bike, it won’t be covered under warranty.
Normal wear and tear. Components may show signs of wear and tear in less than two years depending on amount of use, type of use and other conditions. Some components can be expected to reach the end of their normal lifespan within this time.
