All of our ebikes come with a 5 year frame warranty and 2 years on the battery, motor and parts warranty. Providing you with complete peace of mind and confidence when you buy. We are proud and work hard to provide a first-class UK after-sales Service. Please be aware that any damage caused by yourself towards the bicycle will not be illegible for the warranty service.

All of our Dallingridge ebike products come with manufacturer warranty from Evolving Sports. More information and contact details can be found at evolvingsports.co.uk. Please contact eSupreme if you have any issues with your bike that requires the warranty service, and we will organise replacement parts for you to be shipped from evolvingsports.
