Emu eBike Warranty & Returns Information

1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

Emu eBikes come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, this is activated from the day you receive your ebike from us. This takes care of any issues that you may have with your ebike parts. The manufacturer will send you out replacement parts to get you back on your way. Please be aware that any damage caused by yourself towards the bicycle will not be illegible for the warranty service.

All of our Emu ebike products come with manufacturer warranty from Evolving Sports Distribution. Please contact eSupreme if you have any issues with your bike that requires the warranty service, and we will organise replacement parts for you to be shipped from Evolving Sports Distribution.
