1 Year Manufacturer Warranty included on all Wildcat & Vitesse ebikes.

Our technicians will examine the faulty item and then replace or repair what is necessary providing it is covered under the warranty guidelines, we aim to return it within around 3-5 working days.

If for any reason we cannot repair your item at our UK service centre we may need to send the item to our German workshop for further repairs or replacement. This process can take up to 3-6 weeks.

All warranty and service items for Greyville Enterprises are sent to us at your cost. We will only cover the return postage on qualifying warranty claims.
