Hygge Returns & Refunds
Hygge Bikes provides 12 months limited manufacturer warranty.
Our refunds & returns policy lasts 14 days from the delivery of your item. If 14 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We have a stringent returns policy in place which states that returns will only be accepted if the bike is unused, in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. If this returns policy is passed then we would contact you and then request the customers send their bike back to our warehouse and when received and checked, we will arrange the refund.
If the return is requested due to a customer change of mind, then they are expected to pay the £50 return delivery charge and £100 restocking fee. If the return is requested due to a faulty product or damaged on delivery, then we would not expect the customer to pay for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
If you are returning an item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

From the date of purchase, Hygge Bikes provides a 12-months limited warranty against original manufacturer defaults and transportation damages.
Only the original customer (the name specified on the invoice & delivery address) is eligible for the limited warranty coverage, which begins the day the e-bike is delivered to the customer.
Hygge Bikes recommends that when purchasing an e-bike, you service it at least once every 6-12 months, or every 2000km, which ever is sooner.
Please contact eSupreme if you have any issues with your bike that requires the warranty service, and we will organise replacement parts for you to be shipped from Hyyge.
What is included?
To help customers understand our warranty service, we have listed the warranty covered components below (counting from the purchase date, we will need to check purchase invoice before warranty service is carried out).
Warranty of 36 months:
- Frame - All Hygge Bikes come with a 3-year warranty on the frame.
Warranty of 12 months:
- Motor - All Hygge Bikes come with a 1-year warranty on the motor.
- Fork Frame
6-month limited warranty:
- Kick Stand
Non-warranty conditions. The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Exceeds the above mentioned product warranty validity period.
- Damage & negligence caused by the user.
- Damage caused by uncontrollable forces (such as fire, floods, storm, lightning, earthquake, etc).
- Any damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or adjustment in line with the "user manual" requirements.
- Unauthorised disassembly or repair derestriction of any kind.
- Other failures and damages not caused by the product's design, production, quality, or other issues.
- Total mileage has surpassed 4000km on motor based models.

Who will be responsible for warranty & repair service?
For warranty and repair service, we offer our service partners throughout Denmark, Iceland, UK and Spain.
As a result of the Russian-Ukraine war, new spare parts are currently in short supply in the warehouse. Please be advised that Hygge may utilise old spare parts to repair.
We recommend you service your bike by Hygge authorised representatives once every 12 months to validate warranty repairs. To find your local repair centre please email firstname.lastname@example.org
