All of our ebikes come with a 5 year frame warranty and 2 years on the battery, motor and parts warranty. Providing you with complete peace of mind and confidence when you buy. We are proud and work hard to provide a first-class UK after-sales Service. Please be aware that any damage caused by yourself towards the bicycle will not be illegible for the warranty service.
All of our Dallingridge ebike products come with manufacturer warranty from Evolving Sports. More information and contact details can be found at evolvingsports.co.uk. Please contact eSupreme if you have any issues with your bike that requires the warranty service, and we will organise replacement parts for you to be shipped from evolvingsports.

Delivery Information
All of our products come with 100% FREE UK Delivery! No hidden fees or charges.
Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched before we process your payment. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be despatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.
In the event that the UK warehouses are out of stock with your order, it may then be shipped from a European or Worldwide warehouse instead. In this event, there will be no additional charges including customs fees. Your shipping will be completely free. Please note that this will likely add a number of days onto your expected delivery date.
How Will My Order Be Delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a despatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.
