1 Year Manufacturer Warranty Included
Gogoriding believe in the quality of their products and want you to shop with confidence. You may return any of our purchased items in new and unused condition within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless Gogoriding made a shipping error. You will be issued a refund using the same payment method you used originally.
The gogoriding return & refund policy only applies to original purchase consumers who purchased from gogoriding or their authorised dealers (eSupreme Ltd). Non-original purchase consumers (that is, second-hand bicycle owners) do not apply the gogoriding return refund policy service. Please contact the eSupreme customer service email: email@example.com, customer service will reply to you within 1-3 business days;
If you have any issues with your bike that requires the warranty service. Please contact us and we will organise replacement parts for you to be shipped from Gogoriding.
We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can cancel or modify this order by contacting our customer service by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Our customer service will help you cancel or modify the order within 24H after receiving your email. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
If you have received the shipping notification, please note that we CANNOT cancel orders anymore, we only try our best to intercept or modify the order information in a same shipping country, but we can’t make sure it will be successful. If we intercept or modify successfully, our company will take the charge of the shipping fees. If your package arrives, you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We support returns and exchange, if there are quality problems with the products sold, the customer has the right to apply for returns or exchange within 15 days after the delivery of the products. These are then distributed from Gogoriding. Please first contact eSupreme and get our written approval before sending any item back. Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
Acceptance time for return and exchange：15 days upon arrival; Shipping cost will be borne by customer for personal reasons like dislike (Not product quality issues); We will offer full refund or exchange if major defective on products and shipping cost is all born by us; Our warranty policy will be in effect upon the receipt of goods.
Cut to size items and special orders may not be returned unless it has been determined to be provided in error by Our Company. If the returned goods affect the second sale, our company will be appropriate to charge fees and packaging fees.

HOW TO OPERATE?
Before returning your product for warranty or refund, please contact eSupreme Ltd at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to process your request, we may need you to provide the following information:
Your order number;
your tracking number;
Your order email;
The returning address will be provided by email when our customer service permitted after the customer submits the return request.
Gogoriding bike’ returns and exchange policy only applies to original consumers who purchased from gogoriding bikes authorized resellers (eSupreme Ltd). Non-original consumers (like second-hand owners) do not enjoy gogoriding BIKES’ returns and exchange policy services.
If consumers modify the parts themselves, the bicycle’s return and refund policy will automatically become invalid.
During the warranty period, the product has a major quality problem, which affects the normal riding of the bicycle. We will return the goods and refund; if there are minor defects, we will give appropriate compensation and provide replacement parts.
WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
The warranty period for bicycle is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge.
After warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. The bike which we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
1. Water damage of the battery, motor, and controller.
2. Man-made damage, self-modification, collision damage of spare parts, etc.
3. Tyre puncture by sharp objects.
4. Test and dispose of the vehicle for sale.
5. Products or accessories that are beyond the three-pack period.
6. The user is damaged due to improper use, repair and maintenance according to the instructions of the end.
7. Poor and damaged due to natural disasters, man-made disasters, irresistible forces or chemical attack.
8. For accessories that do not need to be returned, proof materials such as videos or pictures cannot be provided.
9. Damage caused by modification or addition or subtraction of other accessories.
10. It is a vulnerable or consumable item in normal use (accessory coating, inner tube, thread tube, order piece, sprocket, chain, pedal). It is not covered by human injury, damage, normal wear and tear.
- Consumables are not warranted after one month
- User’s use, improper maintenance or collision, fall injury, overuse, chemical damage and other abnormal parts caused by riding
- Commercial rental bike does not guarantee
- Consumables due to damaged parts are not replaced in time, resulting in damage to related parts, no compensation.
- Unauthorized disassembly, damage caused by replacement parts, etc.
Due to different batches at the time of shipment or improvements to parts, there will be changes without notice. The company guarantees that the quality of the changed parts will not be reduced. Only the same grade or higher grade accessories will be selected. The difference of accessories will not be the reason for quality return, please know it.
